Sydni Gause

Sydni Gause (she/her)  has been practicing natural dyes since 2018. Most of my dye career has been through trial and error, something she thinks is really important when learning anything new. After she had multiple errors she decided to read books, learn recipes, and take classes with some of the best natural dyers in the field. She now has a large dye garden in North Florida where she grow dye plants all year around.

Parallel to natural dyeing she teach in higher education as an Adjunct Professor of Art. she has a BFA in Fine Art and an MFA in Sculpture and consider my dye endeavours as a part of her on-going studio practice.
