Please contact us immediately at juliet@thegiftinglibrary.com for return authorization if you would like to return your purchase. Returns that have not been authorized may not be accepted.
For regular priced merchandise, The Gifting Library is happy to offer a full refund. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied with an original sales receipt. We must receive returned merchandise within 14 days of delivery. The Gifting Library has the right to reject any returns that do not meet these specifications.
All sale items, jewelry, intimate and swimwear items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
**Please note, all sales purchased with a promotion discount are considered FINAL SALE.**
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advisable. The Gifting Library cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The Gifting Library will not pay duties on any goods being returned, nor will you be refunded for any duties paid.
All refunds are in CAD dollars and will be applied directly back onto your original method of payment. Please allow for a few days for processing.
You will be refunded in full for the original amount paid in CAD dollars, however The Gifting Library has no control over the current exchange rate at any given time, therefore can not control or change the exchange rate used at the time of purchase and/or refund.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
